led driver为电流源,因此有一可输出的电压范围及一固定的输出电流。在led driver的测试上,一般常使用的方式有下列几种: |
| 由led的v-i特性曲线中,可知led有一顺向偏压vf及一导通电阻(rd)。当以真实电阻为负载,其v-i特型是一直线,并无法模拟led的特性。尤其当led driver开机电压上升时,电流波形不同,可能会无法开机。而传统电子负载的cr及cv模式,都是以稳态时的led操作点为设定值,对开关机或pwm调光动态的特性,无法模拟,也可能导致led driver产生不正常的动作或保护。而若以led来当负载,虽能完全测试led driver。但却有led老化问题,及led driver不同的输出电压测试上,需串联不同颗数的led,如此将会造成测试上与生产上的不便。 |
致茂6310a series电子负载中的63110a新创了一个新的操作模式—led模式,来模拟led。使用者仅需透过设定led driver的输出电压、电流,即可模拟led的拉载特性。还可设定led的操作点阻抗及高频阻抗,让拉载电流及高频连波与更趋近于真实led。对于pwm调光(dimming)测试,63110a的全新设计中,亦增加了频宽,让使用者亦可透过电子负载完成动态调光测试。
图2是以led为负载所拉载的电流波形(蓝色);图3为63110aled 模式的拉载电流波形(蓝色) ;由图2与图3可观察到两者于led driver于开机时的拉载电压电流波形非常相似。图4为测led为负载在调光(dimming)时的电流波形。图5为63110a为负载在调光(dimming)时的电流波形。
led driver的输出涟波电流可以透过调整63110a内部电阻 (rr) 来模拟。传统电子负载无法模拟led driver的输出涟波电流,如图6所示。图7为led当负载时的涟波电流。图8为63110a当负载时的涟波电流。
图9是以真实电阻为负载的拉载电流波形(蓝色);图10为定电阻模式模拟真实电阻的拉载电流波形(蓝色);图9与图10的电流与led为负载的电流波形有相当大差异,且电流及电压都有过冲的情况发生,易导致led driver在开机时发生过电压或过电流保护,如图11所示。因此不管是真实电阻或是电子负载的定电阻模式,都比较无法模拟真实的情况。
